SARAJEVO / A Bosnian artist Mirsad Smajović - Mirza presented his Islamic Calligraphy opus in Morića Han in Sarajevo. The exhibition was a part of "The nights of Baščaršija", a local Summer Festival.

SARAJEVO / Saeed Rezai, an Iranian artist, is once again presenting his work to Sarajevo public. At the exhibition that opened last night in Hanikah (across the Gazi Husrev Bey Mosque in Sarajevo) we can see an interesting approach to Islamic calligraphy where Arabic letters are carved in the wood and combined with glass, mirror, metal and canvas. The exhibition will be opened until 29.07.2011.
