As part of the initiative by His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai.

In response to the initiative by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, who launched the ‘Taqdeer Award’ for recognising excellence in labour welfare practices, the team at HIPA chose to present a car to one of its members: Mr Abdulsalam Kunhi Mohammed, from HIPA’s hospitality department. Abdulsalam had long wished to purchase a car to help transport him and his family.

The Secretary General of HIPA, His Excellency Ali bin Thalith commented, "At HIPA, we are a small family that try and help each other in reaching our individual aspirations. We took inspiration in awarding our colleague Abdulsalam with the car from the ‘Taqdeer Award’ initiative established by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and patron of HIPA."

Bin Thalith added, "Abdulsalam is one of the hardest working employees at HIPA and sets a stellar example in professionalism and commitment in the workplace. We are delighted to award him with this car and likewise very happy to have the HIPA team help in achieving this lovely gesture."
