The Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA) continues to deliver on its vision to nurture photography and encourage enthusiasts to test their skills. In supporting participants in this season’s photography competition ‘The Challenge’ a few participants faced some difficulties finalising their submissions in the week leading up to the competition deadline.
