The 20th anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica.

Today is a sad day for Bosnia and Herzegovina as we mark the twentieth anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica, the biggest crime after the Second World War in Europe. In the enclave protected by the UN, Serbian armed forces killed over 8000 men, Bosniak Muslims. At the head of this criminal enterprise stood the leadership of Serbia and the rebel Bosnian Serbs with the goal of creating a fascist state, so-called Great Serbia. So far, the international court in The Hague has repeatedly proven genocide and declared judgements on this point.

The exhibition 'Mass Graves in Bosnia and Herzegovina' shows the photos of mass graves, not only from Srebrenica, but also other towns and villages in Bosnia and Herzegovina where genocide by the Serbs happen. In the photos you can see personal belongings of the victims and feel the tragedy.
