Founded by Azhar Ahmad and Fuad Salleh, ARTCUBE aims to promote and represent Malaysian contemporary art. Internationally celebrated Malaysian artists are often invited to participate in key global art events and are exhibited by major museums and art collections.
Azhar and Fuad are looking to represent established Malaysian artists such as Fauzan Omar, Hamir Soib and Ahmad Shukri Mohamed, mid-career artists like Umibaizurah Mahir Ismail, Daud Rahim and Husin Hourmain, and upcoming artists such as Dhavinder Singh and Azad Daniel Haris.
Due to the lack of proper documentation of contemporary art scene in Malaysia, ARTCUBE is set to raise awareness and help educate Malaysian public by providing professional documentation and promotion of Malaysian artists.
'Making The Mark' is showcasing following artists: Azrin Mohd, Mohd Fazli Othman, Husin Hourmain, Ahmad Shukri Mohamed, Azad Daniel, Daud Rahim, Dhavinder Singh, Fauzan Omar, Fauzin Mustafa, Hamir Soib, Haslin Ismail, Masnoor Ramli Mahmud, Mat Nor Mahmud, Shooshie Sulaiman, Suhaimi Fadzir, Umibaizurah Mahir Ismail and Zulkifli Yusoff.
ARTCUBE is being as a crucial link in Malaysia’s natural progression into a major cultural center.
