Welcome to Issue No. 2 of Islamic Arts eMagazine. In this issue, we explore many interesting themes from the various fields of Islamic art. Firstly, there are interviews with the top-level artists from Great Britain, France, the USA, and Bosnia. Also, in this issue, we are proud to present the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, which lately has been steering the great attention of the world’s artistic scene, not only for its general significance, but also for the very valuable collection of the artistic objects that are displayed within the Museum. We also bring two reportages about cities with a rich Islamic tradition, one from Sarajevo, and the other from Isfahan. These are just some of the themes that we explore in this issue.
On this occasion, we would like to thank all those who have offered their support and who have recognized the importance of this project.
We hope that you will enjoy this new 260 page issue of Islamic Arts eMagazine.
