Sabrina Amrani Art Gallery, based in Madrid (Spain), will participate in the third edition of Beirut Art Fair (5th to 8th July, Beirut, Lebanon). Just a few weeks later after celebrating their first anniversary, the Gallery packs their suitcases to be present for the first time in an artistic encounter in the Middle East.

A major collection of contemporary photography focusing on the Middle East, supported by the Art Fund, has been established for the public by the British Museum and the V&A it was announced today. Most of the Collection will be showcased in the major exhibition, 'Light from the Middle East: New Photography' at the V&A from 13 November 2012 – 7 April 2013.

ZÃœRICH / Iranian art has entered a particularly significant period of transformation, driven by a thriving artistic community both inside and outside of Iran. Galerie Kashya Hildebrand will present six emerging contemporary artists (Aghighi Bakhshayeshi, Mohamad Bozorgi, Habib Faraj Abadi, Hadieh Shafie, Abolfazi Shai and Behrouz Zindashtiof) of Iranian origin who are pushing Iranian art in bold new directions. DUBAI / 'Conversations' at Alserkal Avenue, on the night of the 28 of May, at Salsali Private Museum raised 225 000 AED for Manzil School of Special Needs by silently auctioning the artworks by the children. An exhibition was fully sold out, which refelects the interest and support from the public.

SARAJEVO / The retrospective exhibition by Salim Obralić, a well known artist in Bosnia and Herzegovina opened in Bosniak Institute. The exhibition 'Pocitelj in Summer and Winter' shows paintings of the old Bosnian town between 1978 and 2011. The exhibition will run until September 2012.
