Thirteen artworks by seven international and Middle Eastern renowned contemporary artists.

Anima Gallery presented artworks by Fernando Botero, Ali Hassan, Yousef Ahmad, Najia Mehadji, Jason Martin, Chaouki Chamoun and Said Baalbaki at Contemporary Istanbul Art Fair 2014.

Established in March 2012, Anima Gallery is a contemporary art gallery located at the man-made island The Pearl, Qatar. Its scope of work focuses on three main areas: exhibitions, art education, art consulting and project execution. It represents emerging, mid-career and established artists working in a broad range of styles and mediums, featuring original paintings, sculptures, photographs, works on paper and limited edition prints.

Anima Gallery focuses on contemporary art from the local, regional, and international arena. Exhibitions are accompanied by a program of gallery talks and informal lectures for general visitors, students and arts professionals. With high quality exhibitions, collection displays, artist commissions, education resources, inspiring art courses and trendy art lounge, Anima Gallery has quickly become an important part of Qatar's cultural art scene.

The 9th edition of Contemporary Istanbul took place from November 13 -16, 2014 at the fair's established locations; Istanbul Congress Centre (ICC) and the Istanbul Convention and Exhibition Centre (ICEC). A dynamic selection of new and returning galleries mark Istanbul in November as the finest destination to experience the best of the regions art market.
